These terms cover your use of shorepixel.com and the services Shore Pixel provides. By working with us, you agree to them.
What we do
Shore Pixel designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites and professional email for a monthly fee. What's included depends on the plan you choose, and the details are on our pricing page.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum, then continue month-to-month until you cancel. There's nothing due upfront. Add-ons like ads, photography and video, and branding are quoted per project and billed separately.
Your content and your site
You provide the photos and details, or approve the words we write, and you confirm you have the right to use them. If you ever cancel, we'll export your site's files and hand them over for a modest fee, so your business stays online. That promise is in your contract.
Acceptable use
Don't use our services for anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights. We can suspend service if that happens.
Availability
We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but no host is perfect and we can't guarantee it will never go down. If something breaks, we fix it as quickly as we can.
Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Shore Pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
